Chair should make a contact list with names, telephone and emails for the members of the group.  Then prepare a schedule for the year of who is doing what - when - where.  Currently there is a professional Spanish teacher with a fee of $10 per session.  Beginners (some knowledge of Spanish) meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.  Intermediate (sufficient knowledge to converse in Spanish) meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
