Chair should make a contact list with names, telephone and emails for the members of the group.  Then prepare a schedule for the year.  The group meets in early October to determine where they wish to travel during the upcoming year. Fun with a great group of ladies is the theme of the group with trips usually including a one day travel time and several days of touring before returning home.  It may be by bus or members cars.
